lunch.oatmeal. crackers. half a grapefruit. some grapes and a kiwi.

Some of dinner! It was basically a mess of veggies then some protein, lol.  Avocado, kale, sweet potato, and beets. Then I had lentils and mahi mahi! I ended up having the full avo, more beets, and more lentils. Mmmm. Also, I dressed most of the stuff with evoo and balsamic.

Whole wheat french toast with loads of maple syrup, banana slices, raspberries and blackberries. Seriously the best breakfast I have had in a long time.
